        Recently, Laiyifen, a snack brand, received the "Double Easy Certification" excellent rating certificate for plastic flexible packaging for its single-material flexible packaging. The certificate was issued by Huaxin Chuang, a professional testing and certification organization.

        Single-material flexible packaging reduces plastic usage by 15-17%

        It is understood that the plastic flexible packaging applied by Laiyifen solves the problem of multi-layer composite plastic flexible packaging. The original three-layer composite bag was simplified to two layers of a single material, and the amount of plastic used in each bag was reduced by about 15-17%.

        Single-material soft packaging reduces the printing area by about 50%

        The graphic design of the package also adopts a simple style, reducing the printing area by about 40-50%. Therefore, this plastic soft packaging has the characteristics of being completely recyclable, easy to recycle and regenerate. The single chemical structure of the packaging allows it to be remade into similar packaging or other plastic products through physical recycling methods after recycling.         About the "Double Easy Mark"

        The "Double Easy Mark" is an exclusive mark for easily recyclable and regenerable plastic products. Starting from the recycling and regeneration links, it evaluates and scores the recyclability and regeneration of plastic products from five aspects: the main materials, auxiliary materials, recyclability, regeneration, environmental friendliness and safety of the packaging. The scoring results are set at two levels: qualified and excellent according to the application field.

        The Double Easy Standard was developed by the Green Recycled Plastic Supply Chain Joint Working Group (GRPG) jointly initiated by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and the China Material Recycling Association. The working group formulated the "General Principles for the Evaluation of Easy Recycling and Easy Renewable Design of Plastic Products", and issued four implementation rules for daily chemical packaging, dairy packaging, beverage packaging and take-out catering packaging, and established the Double Easy Certification Logo "Hui Zi Biao" for this purpose.
