Shiming Recycling is headquartered in Suzhou, Jiangsu, focusing on the research and development, modification and brand building of high-quality recycled PCR plastics.

The R&D team is led by Professor Ding Peng of Shanghai University, a scientist of the National 973 Program. 80% of the employees have a bachelor's degree or above, and 40% of the R&D personnel. The main professional directions are polymer materials, chemical materials, etc., and the team is young.

The production base is located in Jieshou, Anhui Province, the largest recycling industrial park in China, covering an area of 278 acres, with an environmental water treatment capacity of 5,000 tons per day and an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons.
