The new standards will refer to the international PCR recycled plastics certification and launch China's own PCR certification standards. Standardization work will be conducive to the inclusion of recycled plastics in the carbon emission reduction trading system in the future.

        Witnessed by President Du Huanzheng and Vice President Wang Wang, Vice President Chen Junqing, on behalf of Beijing Zhenhui Environmental Protection Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and General Manager Shen Hui of Anhui Guanhong Plastics Co., Ltd., the parent company of Shiming Recycling, signed a contract to invest in the construction of "China's first plastic recycling design laboratory". The new laboratory will become China's first recyclable and recyclable testing laboratory that can be mutually recognized with "APR and PRE", and will conduct "technical recyclability" testing for China's recyclable and recyclable design and APR recyclable design with the support of CPPRA and CSRA.
