Albéa EcoFusion Top Weight Loss Solution

        Albéa has once again focused on reducing the weight of the hose. Albéa has designed a single opening and closing system, the EcoFusion Top, which reduces the hose components to just two, with only one component connected to the hose body, which is said to be a first in the cosmetics market.

        This EcoFusion Top two-in-one solution is more than 80% lighter than the original hose head + cap assembly, which means that the entire EcoFusion hose is 55% lighter than a traditional hose.

         “Reducing the use of plastic by reducing weight is a top priority in our responsible hose goals,” said Caroline Hughes, Marketing Manager at Albéa Tubes. “As a single-component, open-and-close breakthrough structure, EcoFusion Top is the most advanced weight-reduction solution on the market. In addition, less plastic in the packaging means a reduced carbon footprint and impact on the environment.”

        EcoFusion Top is made from HDPE to guarantee mono-material and recyclability. This two-in-one system will be available with a variety of machine sleeve options.
