Samsung launches sustainable phone and watch accessories

        Recently, Samsung has partnered with Sean Wotherspoon, one of the industry’s leading eco-conscious designers, to launch its latest collection of stylish, limited-edition sustainable mobile accessories.

        The Samsung Galaxy x Sean Wotherspoon sustainable accessories collection will be available on April 22 and includes three cases for the Galaxy S21 and three bands for the Galaxy Watch4 series, as well as free watch faces available for download in Google Play.

        The Samsung Galaxy x Sean Wotherspoon collection is made of 100% recyclable and biodegradable materials and is the second product in Samsung's sustainably sourced series. Samsung will work with designers to design a set of fashionable mobile accessories specifically for Galaxy products.

        Sean Wotherspoon said: "The cases and straps curated for Samsung will have three matching styles - Orchid, Dawn and Rain. The strap is composed of environmentally friendly TPU material, which is non-toxic, has no DMF residue in the final product, is non-plasticized, and can be recycled when it is ready. The Galaxy S21 phone case is also made of 100% recycled TPU material. The materials it uses make it completely biodegradable and safe for the environment."
